Samantha has defended and represented the rights of individuals in both criminal and family law cases throughout her career. At the outset of her career, Samantha worked as a sexual assault prosecutor in Milwaukee Wisconsin where she represented the State in dozens of civil commitments of sexually violent persons and other sexual assault cases. This experience allowed her to develop comprehensive litigation experience when she transitioned to Family law.
Samantha has a passion for empowering those who have experienced interpersonal violence within their household. However, Samantha also understands and has successfully defended against false claims of violence within family court. Samantha believes that everyone has a right to have their family law or criminal law matters handled fairly.
Samantha’s current practice consists of a wide range of family law services including divorce, complex custody evaluations, high conflict custody and visitation issues, high asset property division and contested spousal support motions. Samantha understands that there is no one size fits all approach for your family and that each case has different needs and different priorities. Samantha works closely with each of her clients to assess the needs of the case so that she can outline all options for her clients at every stage of litigation.
Samantha has appeared in several Bay Area counties including Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Alameda County and others. When not working, Samantha spends her time traveling, skydiving with her husband and running with one of her three dogs.
