Alexis has exclusively practice family law throughout her career. She is a skilled advocate, assisting clients both as a consultant in mediation and settlement, as well as providing clients with vigorous representation in contested litigation cases at law and motion hearings and trials.
Alexis represents individuals in all aspects of family law, including high conflict custody and visitation, complicated child and spousal support issues, and complex business valuation and asset division issues. Alexis has handled domestic violence issues in marital and non-marital cases, representing those seeking protection and those accused of abuse.
Alexis ensures that all of her clients are well informed and comfortable going through a process that may be one of the most challenging and difficult times in their lives. While her handling her cases with empathy and compassion, she is also pragmatic regarding solutions which allows for the best outcome for all involved. Alexis’s main goal is always settlement, but when that is not always possible and she is a zealous advocate and will fight for you.
Alexis has appeared in courts throughout the Bay Area, including Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, and Sonoma counties.
Alexis is a Bay Area native and after graduating from UC Irvine, returned to the Bay Area for law school and to practice law. Alexis enjoys her free time kayaking, traveling to different countries, cheering for the SF Giants, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
